I’m Anca. You’ll rarely see my face around here, much less on social media, but I do run this blog, and I’m happy to answer all your questions the best I can.

This is not your regular travel blog; I’m not your fancy travel influencer.

I started this blog five years ago as a travel journal to see for myself if it’s possible to generate an income. It turns out that, yes, it’s possible. So, whether you hear this for the first time or you’ve been toying with the idea of becoming a blogger for some time, you’ve got nothing to lose.

I’ve created a course, Start a Sophisticated Blog for Absolute Beginners with everything you need to start a blog and make it successful.

I often discuss books and history, but you’re in good hands because I have a formal education to back me up.

Unlike other blogs, my blog provides in-depth, serious scientific research on the topics mentioned above. I don’t assume, guess or speculate. I conduct extensive research, verify sources, and draw conclusions based on my own experience.
